Das Höchstgebot für die Edition Nr. 1 und Nr. 100 betrug insgesamt 2,222.22€.
Die Gelder werden natürlich einem guten Zweck zugeführt. Darüber werden wir hier berichten.
Versteigerung der Edition Nr. 1 und Nr. 100
Liebe Whiskyfreunde,
es ist so weit. Die achte und letzte Abfüllung der „The Founding Fathers Whisky Edition“ der Blue Knights Germany 5 e.V. ist an die Käufer ausgeliefert. Mit jeder Edition wurde einer der Gründerväter des „Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club“ geehrt. Dies war im Jahr 1974 der Beginn des weltweit größten Polizeimotorradvereins. Allerdings sind bisher lediglich die Nummern 2 bis 99 von 100 Flaschen pro Edition ausgeliefert.
Als wir im Jahr 2020 die Whisky Edition in Angriff nahmen, war es von vorneherein als ein karitatives Projekt vorgesehen, wie es bei den Blue Knights üblich ist. Das erwirtschaftete Geld wird an eine gemeinnützige Organisation gespendet.
Alle acht Abfüllungen mit der Nummer 1 und der Nummer 100 sind noch vakant und sollen zur Steigerung der Spendensumme nun versteigert werden.
Nachfolgend die Liste der acht Abfüllungen, die jeweils als Nummer 1/100 und Nummer 100/100 ersteigert werden können.
Edition 1: Erstbefüllung 30-l-Fass AWO (amerikanische Weißeiche), Fass Nr. 929/951, 63,5 % Fass, 56,3 % Flasche, 2017-2021
Edition 2: Ex Bourbon (Kings County Distillery), 50 % Flasche, peated, 2017 – 2021
Edition 3: Ungarische Eiche, 50 % Flasche, 2018 – 2022
Edition 4: Ex Dolvados (Apfelbrand der Dolleruper-Destille), 50 % Flasche, 2019 – 2022
Edition 5: Buche, 58,5 % Flasche, peated, 2017 – 2023
Edition 6: Bourbon/Rye, 60,4 % Flasche, 2019 – 2023
Edition 7: Ex Amarone / Ex Portwein, 57,9 % Flasche, 2019 – 2023
Edition 8: Zweitbefüllung der Fässer der Nr. 1, Fass-Nr. 929/951, 47,1 % Flasche, peated, 2021 – 2024
Hier drei Musterbilder, zunächst alle acht Abfüllungen,
die jeweils mit einem Pokerchip mit dem Konterfei eines Gründungsvaters, einer Karte mit einer Beschreibung der Person und einem Genießertipp zum abgefüllten Whisky versehen sind.
Die Versteigerung beginnt am 01.03.2025 um 00:00 Uhr und endet am 31.03.2025 um 24:00 Uhr. Startgebot ist jeweils 500,- € für die Nr. 1 und für die Nr. 100.
Wir werden keine technischen Experimente machen und versuchen, eine Online-Auktions-Software einzusetzen. Dafür haben wir nicht die erforderlichen Ressourcen und Kapazitäten. Darüber hinaus stünde der Aufwand in keinerlei Relation zu der einmaligen Anwendung.
Gebote sollen an die folgende Email-Adresse mit Angabe des Namens, der postalischen Anschrift und einer telefonischen Erreichbarkeit gesandt werden.

Maßgebend sind die Zeiten des Eingangs bei der Email-Adresse. Wir versuchen, die aktuellen Höchstgebote täglich auf unserer Internetpräsenz https://blueknights-cologne.de/ an zu zeigen. Es ist zu beachten, dass bei jedem Gebot auch immer angegeben werden muss, für welche Nr. (1 oder 100) geboten wird.
Gehen Gebote in der gleichen Höhe ein, zählt immer das frühere Gebot laut Email-Eingang. Wenn dies der Fall ist, versuchen wir den momentan unterlegenen Bieter zu informieren, damit er eventuell nachbessern kann.
Es gibt keinerlei AGBs und Haftungs- sowie Datenschutzerklärungen, da wir ein kleines Team von Whiskyenthusiasten eines Motorradvereins sind, die durch diese Aktivität eine karitative Einrichtung unterstützen wollen. Der Gewinn des Projektes wird vollumfänglich gespendet. Wer damit nicht einverstanden ist, sollte kein Gebot abgeben.

Auction of Edition No. 1 and No. 100
Dear Whiskyfriends,
the time has come. The eighth and final bottling of “The Founding Fathers Whisky Edition” from Blue Knights Germany 5 e.V. has been delivered to buyers. Each edition honored one of the founding fathers of the “Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club”. This was the beginning of the world’s largest police motorcycle club in 1974. However, so far only numbers 2 to 99 of 100 bottles per edition have been delivered.
When we started the Whisky Edition in 2020, it was intended from the outset as a charitable project, as is usual with the Blue Knights. The money generated is donated to a non-profit organization. All eight bottlings with the number 1 and the number 100 are still vacant and will now be auctioned off to increase the donations.
Below is the list of the eight bottlings that can be auctioned as numbers 1/100 and number 100/100.

each with a poker chip with the portrait of a founding father, a card with a description of the person and a connoisseur’s tip about the bottled whiskey.
The auction begins on March 1st 2025 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on March 31st 2025 at midnight. Starting bid is € 500,- each for No. 1 and No. 100.
We will not do any technical experiments and try to use online auction software. We do not have the necessary resources and capacity for this. Furthermore, the effort would bear no relation to the one-time application.

The times of receipt at the email address are decisive. We try to display the current highest bids daily on our website https://blueknights-cologne.de/
It should be noted that with each bid it must be stated which number (1 or 100) is being bid for.
If bids of the same amount are received, the earlier bid according to the email receipt always counts. If this is the case, we will try to inform the currently unsuccessful bidder so that he can possibly make improvements.
There are no terms and conditions, liability or data protection declarations, as we are a small team of whiskey enthusiasts from a motorcycle club who want to support a charitable organization through this activity. All profits from the project will be donated. Anyone who does not agree with this should not place a bid.
